Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s public meeting scheduled to be held on August 27 at Andla Defense Corridor will now be held at Gurukul Public School on Khair-Somna Road. Actually, this decision has been taken due to waterlogging and mud at the proposed meeting place due to rain.
During the public meeting, Chief Minister Yogi will inaugurate and launch projects worth about 200 crores. On August 23, Divisional Commissioner Chaitra V., IG Shalabh Mathur, District Magistrate Visakh G., SSP Sanjeev Suman visited the meeting venue Andla Defense Industrial Corridor and Gurukul Public School and took stock of the arrangements.
The officers inspected the helipad, employment fair, public meeting place, barricading, entry-exit gates, vehicle parking and other basic facilities, movement of VVIPs, media and gallery and gave instructions. During this, Additional Commissioner Arun Kumar Singh, ADM Administration Pankaj Kumar, Joint Commissioner Industries Birendra Kumar etc. were present.
3000 students will receive tablets from CM Yogi
Under the Swami Vivekananda Yuva Sashaktikaran Yojana, on August 27, Chief Minister Yogi will distribute tablets and smartphones to the students with his own hands. Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Meenu Rana said that so far, tablets and smartphones have been distributed to a total of 71,591 students, including 50,356 tablets and 21235 smartphones, through various events. In the program, tablets will be provided to about 3000 students of 25 colleges.
